Market Watch is the durable memory of newly observed external events: releases, launches, acquisitions, pricing, packaging, scope, integrations, positioning and hiring. It differs from What Changed? (AMI assessment deltas) and Promise / Delivery (one promise followed over time).

Each signal should retain publication/effective dates, actor and products, factual summary, source, materiality, review status and possible impact without automatically changing scores. The current canonical contract may not yet expose this surface.
